Hi. I have a new goal, and hope to find more motivation to stick with it.
In 48 days I'm going to be at a beach, in a bikini, with my long-distance bf. I've been counting the days since last week, as a way to motivate myself to stick with my goals.
I get really bored easily, so I never stick with anything I try, so right now I really don't have a "plan". I just wake up and say "how can I lose weight today?" I am tracking on weight watchers, and am losing around 1lb a week that way, but its not very motivating.
I was hoping to get some tips on what I can do today, tomorow, and the next 48 days, to lose a few more lbs before I strut my stuff on the beach.
