Default Help!! Need ideas for P1 snacks for work...

Hi,

I'm on Phase 1 and I'm wondering if you all could help me come up with some good ideas of what to bring to work (no refrigerator) I've been bringing snap peas and cheese sticks, but thats getting kind of old.

Thanks in advance!!

I often bring cut up veggies and hummus or low/non-fat cottage cheese with a little lemon pepper in it to dip them in. I use a insulated lunch tote and ice pack to keep it cold. I also occasionally do unsalted nuts, but you have to ensure you only eat the recommended amount (15 for most nuts, 30 for pistachios-look whatever nuts you like up in the book).
