Default Anyone have a good teriyaki sauce recipe?

Anyone out there have a good SIMPLE teriyaki sauce recipe? Most low carb ones I've found call for Splenda which is fine but also brown sugar. SUGAR. Can't be ok, right? And I don't want complicated ingredients like rice wine or anything. Can it be achieved with just soy sauce, Splenda and ground ginger?

This one is pretty simple.

1/4 cup oil (olive or veg)-0g carbs
1/4 cup soy sauce-4g carbs
2 tbsp low carb ketchup-2g carbs
1 tbsp vinegar-0g carbs
1/4 tsp ground black pepper-0g carbs
2 cloves minced garlic-1.8g carbs
Mix all ingredients. Makes about 2/3 cup total with a total carb count for the entire batch of 7.8g. Store in fridge. Great as a sauce on chicken, pork, beef, & veggies. Works even better as a marinade before cooking.

WF is Walden Farms. They make low carb products like salad dressings, syrups etc. They are marketed as being 0 carb, 0 calories etc.
