Hi everyone! My name is Connie and I am 27/167lbs/5'4
I am mother to an 8 yr old boy, 7 yr old girl, and 2 yr old boy. I have been working toward losing weight with little success. Like many others, I have autoimmune diseases that "flare" up often and make everyday activities, as well as exercise, difficult. I try to push through physically as well as I can, but mentally it takes a toll. Oh, and then I eat my pain away. I am excited to read about everyone's journeys and see your progress and support you along the way!
