Apparently I'm not Last year I lost 30 pounds but for some crazy self sabotaging reason I just quit and I've gained 20 of it back. I have some "issues" I'm trying to work out...mental and physical. I've been on every diet...Dukan has worked the best for me, but I gain it back quick as a freight train...so I need to figure something out I can live with. I know it's all excuses, but I wanted to lay it all out there now so I can be held accountable I really want to get off this roller coaster and be healthy and feel good about myself. I've tried the fat is beautiful thing and I can't swallow it. I need to quit throwing all my efforts away and for once stick to something. Sorry for spewing this all out there i'm a hot mess lol. Thanks for listening
