Default New to 3fc

Hello! This is the first time I've tried anything like this, so let me start off with I LOATHE DIETING. It's slowly become the bane of my existence.

Growing up I had baby fat but a growth spurt + a super active summers + getting braces = me losing a ton of weight. After that, I kind of became an accidental dieter i.e. lost more weight not trying than consciously dieting. Prime example: I spent a summer researching in college. Between that, partying on the weekends, and running/working out, I didn't have a whole lot of time to cook so my go to foods were oatmeal, sushi, and more oatmeal with string cheese thrown into the mix. End result 10lbs by the end of summer and a lot more muscle mass/definition.
Then junior year hit, slow progressive weight gain until I got to where I am now: 24 inch waist to 32 inches.
After on and off dieting, I'm here now.

I started Atkins two days ago. This would be my third day (I think). My luck being what it is I got the cold my second day in. So tons of tea, water, and sleeping.
