I am a 24 year old male who gained 25kg in two years, I was always sporty and lean but had a bad injury at work that put me on sofa for 6 months straight. My hand got cought in a machine (dont worry I have my hand and all its fingers) and broke it to pieces.
After the injury it was a bit hard to get back into the rythm of life, especially having lost my second job as a Magician, which was depressing (Luckly this all happened after I published my book). So I started gaining weight. Today I weight 90 kg, (When I was at my prime I weighted 65).
2 weeks ago I decided it was time to get control over my body again, I am going to the gym 3 times a week and looking foward to start my diet soon. So CYA around

Good to have you! And good for you in making the decision to get healthy again! I am so sorry to hear of the accident you had but so glad you didn't lose your hand or any fingers!
