Ready for That Change
Hey ladies!
I've been skimming the community pages and thought this would be a wonderful place to start my weight loss journey. Let me give you all a little background on me.
For starters, I'm 29 (my birthday is in a couple of months), 5'0" and 141.9 lbs. It's weird because I carry it mostly in my chest and arms...and a little on the tummy. My goal is to get down to the 125, 120 area. I have 10 Minute Trainer, Tae Bo, and a treadmill, all which help in the weight loss area...I just need the will power to use them.
Extra info - I have a 15 month old and I stay home with her while preparing to go back to school soon.
Anyway, I want to lose weight. Not only to be healthy for myself, but I would love to have more kids soon and I want that road to be completely unimpeded on my end.
I've talked enough for now, but I look forward to sharing this experience with all of you as well as talking to you about your experiences.
