I am 46 years old and 229 lbs. I have recently joined Ideal protein where I started at 244.6 lbs.

Hi...I am looking for an online buddy too. We are pretty close in measurements. Today is my first day OP. I am 44 years old and starting at 244 lbs...........I am 5'6" as well........hee hee!

I am just starting also @235. Hoping to lose 75lbs to get to 160. I think these forums are great for support & motivation. Good job so far & keep going!! )
