Newbie from Minnesota
Hi! My name is April and I stumbled upon this forum while looking for a healthy alternative to grazing. I was hopeful when I saw that people knew what I was talking about! A little bit about me...I am 31. 275 pounds. Had a WLS (roux en y) back in 07. I got down to 190 pounds but after a serious accident thar kept me in a wheelchair and hospital bed for 6 months I found grazing was my best friend. I am back on the band wagon now and wanting to lose the weight. So I am trying to reform my diet since I have chronic gastritis due to WLS. I need to always keep something in my tummy. No problem. It just needs to be HEALTHY! So here I am planning out my meals, plus planning out meals for a husband and 4 children. 3 of them pre teen and teenage boys lol. Wish me luck.
