I just recently discovered the beauty of support forums, and thought I'd try one for weight loss
So tired of trying diets or listening to "experts" or studies - I'm going to do this my way and that means not letting hunger boss me around. It also means I'll need some support - and I'd like to give support as well.

BTW, I'm originally from Portland, OR, but my mother retired in your neck of the woods. She's in a facility in Silverdale, WA now but bought a home in the lovely town of Sequim!
