You'll find lots of support here! Many of us are familiar with the cycle of dieting. I've made a major change this time around, so I'm hoping to make it all the way to goal and stay there for good! I used to calorie count and allow myself no leeway. This time I'm doing a modified version of the Slow Carb Diet and I have a cheat day every week. I have a whole new perspective on food now!
