I am new here, obviously, and have 75 lbs to exterminate. (i've been watching too much Doctor Who lately ) I am 5'2, 211.2lbs and my ultimate goal is 136lbs. My short term is just getting to 199lbs, then 189, 179, 160.
My self control seems to waiver a lot lately and I definitely need a nudge (or full on butt kick...repeatedly) to stay on track. Hoping to find that here.
