Think we need to do something toning. My tummy is still as flabby as it was 2 stone ago, but now the flab just hangs there - sorry not a very attractive image. I still have some way to go, but I know when I was doing my aerobics videos the skin look way better.

Well done on losing 5 stone, how did you do it ?

Thanks.
I originally used a wheat free, vegan diet but found I stalled at around 11.5 - 12 stone. I then switched to the GI Diet. I highly recommend this book. The diet is sensible and easy to follow. I am still vegetarian but no longer vegan and eat plently of complex carbs (fruit and veg) but no sugar or white flour.
I also exercise at least 5 days per week at a local authority gym. It is very basic but I love running on the treadmill and using the weights. I

MelissaA,
I used toning tables and the effect was quite noticeable. I lost no weight (it isn't aerobic exercise so don't see how you lose weight?) but my bum changed (moved up) after only a couple of sessions and clothes were looser and sat better on me. It was like losing a dress size but its very temporary and as soon as I stopped going everything hit the ground again
