Hi! I am new to the site and am easing in to starting Ideal Protein on Monday. I have about 20 lbs to lose. I am 5'5" and currently weigh 145 lbs. I have to have rotator cuff surgery in a couple of weeks and not only will I be sedentary, I will also only have the use of my non- dominant hand lol

My husband is on Phase 2 of IP and has done very well. I admit I loved the Chicken Pottage for lunch with added broccoli. Salmon and veggies on tap for dinner. I normally eat quite well but am also extremely active and since I won't be able to exercise, I plan to really focus on IP.
