I'm just trying to figure the site out... and to find people who want to regularly communicate on our challenges and progress. People who'd like to congratulate, inspire, and motivate each other!!!!

Hey Cheyenne! I am new also, hopefully we can communicate and motivate each other. What kind of challenges are you going to do? I currently have a challenge going, I posted it under Exercise...the post is call Training for Disneyland but I am also going to start training for a half marathon in November...a little scared! But I think the training will help me for Disneyland also.

I suppose I meant challenges and in daily challenges or struggles... BUT I like your interpretation... It made me think... ""Cheyenne, What challenges ARE you going to do??? "" I would love to say running, but I'm much more dedicated to restrictive eating than I am exercise! I walk and jump on my trampoline... That's just not enough... SO, to answer your question, I'm going to start by adopting an exercise plan at all! As it is in itself.. A Challenge!

Getting into an exercise plan is a challenge, especially when you are trying to work it into life...after driving 30 minutes to work and working for 8+ hours and then driving another 30 minutes home, cooking dinner, etc...I still need to exercise but I am so tired. I am hoping after having a routine going it will be easier and I will have more energy. Just take it one day at a time, with my running I am going to start off easy (Run a minute/walk a minute) and increase each week...cross my fingers that I am able to keep to it! Do a daily exercise challenge, don't think about tomorrow or next week, just today. Just ask yourself "what can I do today for exercise?". Usually when I ask myself that I go walk in the park next to my house with the pups and it makes me feel good I did it and its good for my little pups so its a win-win.
