Struggled with wieght my entire life. 3 years ago I dropped from 240 down to 190 (over the course of a year). Then my Dr. switched my thyroid Rx dosage, and I went back to school. It has been a consistent climb up to where I am now at 250.
My husband is also on a slow climb up. Both of us need to drop several pounds. I know that high protein and low carb work well for me and my body feels really good when I am eating that way. So that is the direction I will go. I plan on following the basic plan I did before when I dropped that 50. S
It's the end of the month, and we don't get paid until monday. So, I will start today with little changes until I can go grocery shopping on Monday for more meats, and lots of greens and veggies.
