i hope this is the beginning of a long and exciting journey
I am new to this wonderful place as of last night. I was in a dark and scarey place in my mind and it was a long night. But I'm still hear and the responses I received were so welcomed especially from one person. She said she believed that I could do this and I believed her -a total stranger. That's really powerful and for me a very special thing as I truly have not had that said to me at all by people that matter.
This person's words will keep me coming back. Thank you

Someone's signature has this phrase in it: 'One year from now you'll be glad that you started this journey.'
That has stuck with me, especially when times are rough and the scale decides not to move for days or weeks. In December 2013, I'll be glad that I started and proud of all the progress I've made. Same goes for you! :-)

This place is wonderful and it has helped me enormously, I´m sure it will help you too. The most important thing for me is believing it is possible, sometimes I feel like this is an impossible journey, like I will never make it, but then I read others´ stories and see that it can actually be done!

Welcome! I am so glad I began this journey and you will be too in the future. This site is great for information and inspiration. When I am feeling "weak" I come to this site and read about what others have accomplished and find that motivates me to keep moving ahead. Good luck on your journey! I too believe you can do it!!!
