Cool Just catching up

Alright fellas, hows the dieting going?

I have grown to accept that until I find where exorcise/dieting find their harmony I'm going to plateau quite a bit. Its not the stead/quick loss that I had grown accustomed to but sitting still is better than gaining.

On a personal note... I am at the same time losing my job and got a call to interview for a new one. I am trying really hard not to allow the stress of financial instability mess up my diet. But I feel after nearly 6 months (!) I no longer stress eat .

So that's what's going on with me, oh also, I'm gonna put up a new progress pic in a day or so.

How about you guys?

Sorry to hear about you losing your job jay, don't let it get the best of you. I imagine at your BMI right now it's get really tough to drop the pounds, persistence and discipline and it will keep falling. So I keep reminding myself.

I started insanity Monday to kick things up a gear, I've actually made my eating window larger on IF and I've gutted my kitchen and restocked on all new clean calorie low fat foods. Like replacing normal milk with almond milk...every little helps I guess. But i'm seeing some significant weight loss since Monday after changing to all of this and i'm looking forward to my weigh in on sunday.

Hope everyone else is doing well on their weight loss!

Sorry also to hear about your job loss BlueJay. I hope the interview goes well. You've rocked this weight loss thing, trying new things so just stick with it.

I must admit that it does get harder to lose as quickly as the pounds come off. And exercise makes things more volatile too.

My big thing at the moment is exercise. It is something I could not physically do at my heavier weight so I am going all out. A little too all out sometimes so I have to be careful not to do too much and cause an injury. I would love to run every day but if I do that my knees would get bust up.

right now the stuff at the gym has become as natural and routine as the dieting... I am not ready to call it quit, thank god, but I am still in the "what works" stage of all this. I lowered my cardio and the scale finally dropped a little bit. I hope I can finally drop these last 5 stubborn lbs

Good job btw, IrishLad.

And don't worry about my job we all saw it commin. Its why I have been looking for jobs for weeks before we got the final word.
