Hello all,
I was active on this forum last year and the year before, but I got sidetracked because of family issues and school and ended up gaining 20+ pounds back. I was at about 168-170 when I left the forum, and at my highest last month I was back up to 195... yikes. I told myself there is no way I am going to get back up to 200, so I have been slowly going down this last month. It's been a struggle. I completely underestimated how much this forum keeps me in check, and how wonderful all of you guys are.
I am ready to be accountable again! I look forward to sharing with you all.
