I'm sorry to hear about your rough months, but I know you will be able to get right back on track!!!! I personally don't suffer from Binge Eating too often...I'm currently doing weight watchers so I use my flex/activity points to allow for those splurges if need be. It makes me feel less guilty, and it's easier for me to get right back on track afterwards.
Perhaps you could try something like that to help with your binging? Allow yourself some treats here and there...say maybe this week you allow yourself one serving of chips, one serving of cookies, and one serving of ice cream. You can choose any time during the week that you want to eat it, and since you planned ahead of time for it, it's not a binge. You can work out/eat less on the other days to make up for the added calories of the treat.
