Hello all!!!
I have been on this journey with weight control for many years, over 40 in fact. I recommitted in April down a little over 20 pounds from my highest weight of 390. As of now I am down 40 pounds from my highest weight due to changing my eating habits and walking. I am training now for my first 5K at the end of the month (I will walk it, but someday I might run). I have a couple a good friend here at home who is very encouraging and is always able and willing to walk with me. She runs 5Ks now and is the reason I signed up. Anyway, I just wanted to share a little about me and say Hi!!! I hope everyone has a blessed day!
