My name is Christina and I am a wife, mother and Pre- Respiratory Therapist.
My fatness has been coming on now for about 10 years. I noticed things were not the way they should be when my 30's started to creep up on me. I am now at my heaviest I have ever been with out being pregnant.

This is not a healthy nor an attractive combination. (IMO)
I have recently had a few pictures taken of myself (I was runner up in a race a few weeks back, then my husband was 1st place in his class and we had our pics taken together) I cringe at the thought of having anymore pics taken.
My cousin and Aunt started to do the 17 day diet, and I like the thought of having the prbiotics everyday b/c I have no gallbladder, so the probiotics could "help" with any low carb issues I might experience.
I am going to go get my copy of this book in a few minutes. I am no stranger to dieting, my body likes being fluffy. My brain does not like fluffy

. So I am going to banish the Fluffy.
