I'm from central NJ. Just found this board. I have been trying to lose weight for years and just recently joined Weight Watchers in Dec. I would lose weight faster if I could motivate myself to exercise. I look forward to meeting everyone.
I, too, am using weight watchers, and find it to be one of the more flexible diet options out there! It's more about eating healthy and adding moderate exercise, and eating for maintaining, rather than fast weight loss. Up until this week, I've steadily lost 1-2 lbs a week, which I thought was great!!
