
I dusted off my Walk Away the Pounds DVDs this morning and jumped right in. I did not want to over do it, which could lead me to quit, so I did two 2 mile DVDs. I plan to build up the amount of miles until I am doing the 4 or 5 mile DVDs. I can then do 4 or 5 miles in the morning and 2 or 3 in the afternoon. I fit the first 2 miles in shortly after breakfast, right before my daily cleaning chores. I really liked this. I thought I might be too tired to do the cleaning but instead was very motivated and full of energy. The second 2 miles I fit in shortly after lunch, then I treated myself to getting on here and relaxing some. I plan to keep this routine going every day. I am one that needs to exercise ever day or it ends up slowing down and then not happening.
