How do you navigate around here? I've seen quite a few posts about not going to certain boards and such. Just thought it was interesting.
I ALWAYS go to "new posts" first. Scroll through the pages and open new tabs for each thread I open. So sometimes I'll have literally 15 tabs open at the top. Once I'm done going through all of them, I'll go into categories.
Usually exercise, calorie counters, weight loss support and general chatter. Occasionally I'll stray away but other than looking through new posts, not too often.

I look at anything that I find interesting. I do have certain forums that I always go to , but I do not limit myself to just them.
I just scroll through the index and if there are new posts in a topic, I open it and see if there are any threads that interest me... not sure why I don't just click "new posts", because I also have tons of tabs open when I first log on! haha
I go to my Subscribed threads first, and of those, go to the ones I always post in (Beck, Get out of the 190s). Then I check out to see what other people have said about a topic I've weighed in on.
If I have time, then I go to New Posts.
And sometimes, if I'm really killing time, I look at it forum by forum (100 club, calorie counters, weight loss support)
I always open Weight Loss Support, then 100lb Club (Even though I only lurk), then 20 Somethings, then Alternachicks to see if there's anything new, then General Chat, then Looking Good, then sometimes lurk in General Diet Plans, Body Image, Exercise! and finaly Weight and Resistence Training. I have about 10 tabs open now and I've already read and closed some. I can have about 20 tabs open by the time I'm done going through everything.
...I spend a lot of time on this site. So much so that my fiance can tell what I'm doing on the computer from across the room.
