My name is Emily and I just joined today, I definitely need support with the weight loss! I've always been slightly to heavily overweight my whole life and deal with body image issues. I've lost 30 lbs. since my first pregnancy last year, but I have a lot more weight to go. My daughter helps me lose weight but she also makes me tired and lazy to cook a healthy meal lol.

Thank you for the welcomes too. I'm following the HCG diet and getting shots three times a week. The group I'm working with isn't as strict about the diet as most are, it's based more on the individual. It's mostly staying away from carbs and sugars and just watching your fat and calorie intake. It's hard at times because you're discouraged to eat red meat and salmon. With that said, it's the easiest diet I've ever been on!
