Hi everyone,
I'm a newbie who is starting on my weight loss journey. This year I turned 30 and I'm just tired of being overweight. I'm 5'4" and weight 260lb. It's been an on going problem since I was a teen. I've never been able to keep the weight off. My hope is to loose 100-140lbs.
My problems are that 1) I suffer from migraines brought on by heat and sunlight. 2) I can't stay motivated. My husband is super supportive but is naturally skinny so he doesn't really get why the weight is a problem. I'm overall pretty healthy as we don't eat bad foods I just don't exercise. When I was exercising I had lost 50lbs.
I'm hoping by joining the site I can get some help in the motivation department.
P.S. I have the worst luck as I'm currently on easy duty from a twisted ankle.
