Hi everyone! I've been creepin around this site for a few months now and have finally decided to come out from the shadows, put myself out there, and introduce myself.
I've decided I'm going to get control of this whole fitness/weight loss thing. Since I've started my 30s I've noticed the weight is slowly starting to come on... and especially in areas that are NOT flattering at all!! Where did my side boob hang over come from?!?!?!
I am a "quick fix" girl. I always have been. I will take drastic measures to lose 15 pounds and then gain 20 back. Every time it happens this way... you'd think I'd learn!!! Anyway, in January I decided I'm going to take the ups and downs and just keep at it.
I exercise pretty faithfully (5-7 days/week). The stupid diet is what gets me... I love food but now I'm just trying to make healthier choices. I weigh in once a week and am pleased to report that so far I've lost 8.4 pounds and 14 inches
Goals: I'd like to tone up a bit more... I think the lean look is hot! I also have a round-about scale number I'd like to get at... 13 more to go!!!
