I've been reading these forums for a little while now and decided I would finally join. Although I'm a fairly quiet person and won't post as much as most people, this place seems to have a very positive vibe about it with a lot of posts that I can relate to.
I'm 42, married to the best wife (who has lost 115lbs - kudos to her), love dogs, listen to all kinds of music (with 80's hair metal being a fave), and love to golf.
When I'm sticking to my fat loss plan, I prefer to do Rapid Fat Loss in an IF style of eating. I really like a scientific approach to fat loss as a lot of what I've learned over the past few years has debunked a lot of what "they" used to tell me was the proper way to lose weight.
Anyway, before I get too long winded, I look forward to reading more posts, hopefully contributing, and one day posting an after picture in the goal section.
