Hey everybody,
My name is Sarah and I'm starting a new lifestyle (fingers crossed). I'm currently at 170 pounds from 175 and I'm on day 7 of my diet and exercise plan. I'm only 5'2" so it's pretty important that I lose some fat so that my health doesn't get to a dangerous point. I'm 22 years old and currently a student at the University of Utah. I joined this weight loss community because I'm having a hard time finding people to talk to who are going through or have gone through something similar as I am. It's pretty scary to do this alone so I hope that I can make some friends on here whom I can go to for weight loss support.
