DAMNIT, JILLIAN! Now how am I supposed to walk all day? I didn't even go as hard as I could because the first day is a learning curve for me, but DAMN! Everything hurts!!!!!
NMTZ is a 40 minute singular workout (not a program like the Shred) and it's recommended to be done 5 days a week. I always get confused because you aren't supposed to work muscles back to back, but I will obey Jillian. I am going to rotate it with Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism.
