I haven't been checking in every day, but I've been staying dry through the end of my semester! After I finish grading this weekend I'll be on my own schedule for a few weeks, so I hope this segment will be smooth sailing. I'd like to take the opportunity to focus on WATER and VEGGIES.

Im up in weight right this minute and Im thinking even though my calories are right my carbs have been higher. So really cutting carbs back this round. I also am coming in a bit short on my water each day this past week. I will increase it!
Was eating unplanned yesterday due to several eating-out events that I couldn't avoid. Thought I might have blown it but was pleased to discover when I tracked that I was within my WW points for the day, so I'm officially dry.
Over the weekend i was a little soggy but i'm back in the boat and plan to push for a really good week. Want to get plenty of fruit and veg in over the next few days.
I fell face first in the water yesterday. Back in my seat today! I cant swim till the wedding. I would gain back everything I have lost this year!!!!! and my dress wont fit!!
