Hi everyone!
I've been lurking for a little bit, and continually telling myself "hey this is the week I'm going to start eating right/exercising again" so I figured it's time for me to jump in and get going!
A little about me: I'm silly, geeky, love nature and I love to eat!
I'm 4'11, 145lbs, almost 27. I used to be a runner..and then I had some medical issues which caused me to stop running AND take medication that made me gain weight. It's been almost two years since my medical issues have resolved though, so I don't have any excuses anymore. My BMI is 28.6, and my goal is to get back into a healthy range. I am an apple shape, so I need to concentrate on my stomach!
