Trying to psyche myself up
Hi! I'm mostly new. I joined a year ago but didn't really do much with it. Now I'm back and I'm trying to get the will to do this. I'm 5'9" and weigh 180. I'll be 42 in a month. I want to drop at least 20 lbs. I'm in school and I'll be done in the fall, I want to be in better condition and feeling healthier before I go out and get a job. Last month I cut out gluten and cut back on dairy and junk food and lost 8 lbs in a couple of weeks and wasn't even hungry, then I abandoned my plan and put it all back on. So I'm going to try that again but just cut back on gluten instead of eliminate it I think. Good luck to me and all of you other newbies out there!
