So I just did day 2 of the twelve week program and man my arms are noodles and I kinda like it. I just wanted to share this strength training program with everyone, my coworker shared with me and I must do the same. I k ow she doesn't suggest cardio into the workout but I decided to add a little warm up of 10-15 minutes of some cardio
