Time to Buck up and Slim down :)
Hi all, I have been lurking on this site for about a week now, and have decided it was time to actually say hello. After enduring some physical setbacks last year, which led to weight gain, I have finally found it within me to get off the self-hate bandwagon and lose this weight and get back into shape. I started this journey about 3 weeks ago and have so far lost close to 6 pounds. I just have to keep reminding myself that this will not happen overnight.
