Weighing myself and seeing that I lost almost 7 pounds was a HUGE incentive to keep going. I'm kind of hoping to find an excersize buddy near me, someone I can walk/ride bikes/do yoga with. Hopefully that'll give me some accountability. I would like to lose 15 pounds by my birthday (June 21st) and hit my goal weight by the end of August. I'm not really as concerned with the number on the scale after that.
Umm... I don't know what else to write. My favorite color is red! Haha
