Hi everyone! I'm aaron. I was recently to lose weight. I was 200 pounds, happily in a month ago I have 165 jins, but unfortunately my weight rebound lately, it is now 180. I'm very pain. How to do to make weight no longer rise? I've tried a lot of kinds of methods. I hope to solve the problems of friends here. Of course I will also share some of my way to lose weight. Thank you!

To lose weight and keep it off you need to be constantly monitoring your calorie intake and your exercise. As you lose weight, you will need to eat less calories and exercise more to avoid your weight plateauing (staying the same).

Also, if you lose weight too fast, it will come back just as fast and you'll end up weighing more. There are many forums here that can help you stay on track and offer you dieting advice if you choose to start/continue one.
