Hello everyone my name is Mary and I am new to this community. I've just rejoined WW to kick start my weight loss and am hoping to stick with losing this time and ditch at least 100lbs. I'm a mom to three young kids and a teacher so life here is busy. However this time I'm committing to me and this WILL happen.
I am really hoping over time I will develop a support group of sorts, if I follow my usual trend I will do wonderful at this for 4 months and then start slowly slipping. I need support but I'm not telling my extended family or friends (my DH knows) for numerous reasons.
Is there any good places for me to hang around here and get to know folks?
If you read through the threads you will find many you might like. There is a WW thread, a 100 lb thread, and many others like Weight Loss Support. Jump right in, you will find most people here very helpful and supportive.
If you run out of steam then post here under Weight Loss Support to help get you back on track. If you lose focus because it is taking too long, try setting your long-term goal for 12 months. That way you can change it up or down by looking back at your progress so far
