Back Again! (for the millionth time)
So I'm not sure how long I've been on this site, I think it's been 4 or 5 years but I can't really remember and I don't know how to check, but I'm back!! And I'm the skinniest that I've been since being on here I think. I did the HCG diet for 4 weeks last fall (unhealthy, I know, but it was a quick jumpstart and I kept 10 of the 15 pounds off). I was in a bad car accident on Christmas eve and that delayed everything, but I'm feeling better and back on it!
For the past week I've been religiously using the Lose It App on my iPhone and tracking my calories. I've been around 1000-1300 every day and weighing myself at work and today I weighed.....
163.5!!
I'm in the healthy range! This is a huge motivation for me. I don't know if I want to get down to 135 or 140, but it seems like it's in sight, especially as I've come so far just by changing my eating habits. Another motivation for me is that I'm trying to get breast implants done in a couple of months. I'm incredibly flat chested and I've always been really self-conscious about it so I decided to do something about it. How great would a new body go with my new boobs?
I can't wait to get back at it and go through this process with all of yall. Good luck everyone <3
