I left my cart at the end of an aisle as I ran back to the produce to grab some apples I had forgotten. When I came back to my cart it was like I was looking at it for the first time.
Where were the chips, the candy, cookies, mac and cheese, top ramen, pizza?? Instead I saw TONS of veggies, fruit, chicken breast, black beans, Greek yogurt, roasted red pepper hummus??! Is this really my cart?!

It wasn't a Monday, I wasn't stocking up on "healthy stuff" to start a new diet only to end up at a McDonald's drive thru anyway. This was just me grocery shopping for food I actually wanted and have been eating. I felt so proud of how far I've come. The check out lady probably thought I was nuts because I could not stop smiling! haha.
Just wanted to share my NSV with everyone. I can't believe all the crap I used to put in my shopping cart...Anyone else notice big changes in the way they shop now?
