Default Upcoming Gown Fitting For Son's Wedding
On April 13th, I have my first gown fitting for my son's upcoming wedding. Because of Ideal Protein I will be going to the fitting with lots of confidence and smiles. It was because of the way I felt when trying on dresses originally that made me realize that I needed to make a change. Made my future daughter in law promise to not let me pick out, what I called "An old lady gown". I could have easily bought a gown that just covered up everything, but that is not what I wanted.

So, next Saturday I will go for my fitting and will need quite a bit of alterations. When I ordered the gown, I wore a size 14 dress. Today, I wear a size 10 dress. Excited to see how different I look after losing close to 20 pounds. By Saturday, I may be over 20 pounds.

Congratulations Safety Lady! You've worked hard for that achievement and you should wear that dress with pride! Who says the mother of the groom has to wear beige and keep their mouths shut anyway!

How exciting getting ready for your son's wedding
I hope you have a blast rocking your new look at the wedding.

My son is getting married august 24th so I really have to pull up my socks and stay 100% OP. I'm going to try putting off ordering my dress as long as possible because I wouldn't have a clue what size to order.

Congrats on seeing something in your life you weren't happy with and taking the necessary steps to change it! That is the best! So, proud of you!

Thanks everyone - am excited to go to the fitting with my soon to be lovely daughter. Will let you know how it goes. Wearing a fitted gown is NEW for me.
