Hello everybody! My name is Kristy and I'm new to this forum. I'm 26 years old and I'm trying to shed some very extra unwanted poundage and get back into the shape (and hopefully jeans!) that I was in when in high school! I'm doing the Insanity workout, (today is day #4 for me), and trying to better educate myself on healthy eating. Right now, I'm not on any type of diet, nor am I counting calories. I'm just currently trying to make healthier food choices and cut out the junk until I figure out the best way to be eating. I used to be a dedicated runner 8 years ago. I fell out of my running routine after a sports injury and never got back into it afterwards. It's been a downhill battle from there, and I'm trying to get back to where I was! I'm just looking for some motivation and maybe a few people out there who may be overweight and doing Insanity as well! It has been super challenging for me, but I'm sticking to it and I WILL complete it! I'm not sure if there is an Insanity category, or where exactly I should post at, so any help or directions would be greatly appreciated! If you made it this far, thanks for reading!
Thank you, Penmage! I checked out the "Exercise" section and saw that there was a thread for Insanity support, but nobody had posted on it since the beginning of the year. So I just decided to start a new one in case there are other people out there doing the Insanity workouts as well that would like some support and motivation.
