I am starting week two of Jamie Eason's LiveFit (FREE) program on
www.bodybuilding.com. I would love to share this adventure with someone. I'm looking for an online accountability partner who wants to do the diet plan and fitness plan and check in on each other.
It is eating 5 small meals a day and some weight lifting to begin with.
It is ok if you are just going to start tomorrow as I'm starting week two tomorrow and it is basically the same thing.
I am a working, single Mom of two. I am 5'7 - 205 pounds. I would like to lose 50 lbs by Dec. 13.
