  • I have been on a loooong plateau and need accountability and motivation so I am back. Daily weigh ins gives me a good outlook to keep on track. Especially while I have family flying back this week for vacation.

  • I'm excited to join a daily weigh in thread! I've been weighing daily about the last two weeks of march. I like it. It helps me to understand how my body reacts to different things. And I think it'll help me stay on track and get to my goal of 10 lbs by may 1.
