I feel like this is my last chance
Here I am again. Trying to find a way to stay motivated to get healthy, to lose weight, to find myself under all this fat.
I'm hoping that having a specific date to meet my goal will help. The Man and I are going on a holiday in October. I'd like to have lost 30 lbs by then. That would put me at the same weight from two years ago.
How will I do this? Weekly, I will ...
1. A green smoothie for breakfast.
2. A reasonable lunch with fruit/veggie.
3. Zumba 2x a week.
4. Gym 2x a week.
I feel like these weekly goals are totally do-able!
On top of these weekly goals, I will check in at 3FC regularly to post updates, my questions and concerns, and seek out the support that we all provide to each other.
