Hey! I'm a 23 year old female who's struggled with weight since around age 17. I was never the fat kid until major lifestyle downgrades. I began eating pat a diner way too often, was taking antipsychotic medications (terrible for weight!!) and I stopped exercising. Now after around 7-8 years of being obese, it's time I change.
