Default Do any of you have this?

I was just wondering if any of you ladies(Or Gents) have a Fatty bulge on your tailbone(Right above bum crack) and if so did it go down as you lost weight? I have been obese my whole life almost and have always had it and I am pretty sure it went down alot when I lost weight before(I went from 325 down to 230 when it went down) I HATE this bulge as it makes my bum look even bigger Anyone else have this huge fat bulge there? anyone have it and it went down from losing alot of weight? Thanks <3

I have this "back roll". I HATE IT. It actually causes me to have constant back pain when I sleep. It makes my back arch when I lay down.

My sister told me a good way to get rid of it is by getting down on all fours and elevating each leg one by one out to the side(keeping your knees bent). She also said you really need to tighten your toosh and suck in your gut while doing this exercise.

It went away for me. I think it has for many other people on this forum as well as people say it's difficult for them to sit very long in one place, especially on a hard surface (like the bathtub or a bench) as it actually hurts.

I wonder if people who have always been thin have that issue. It's quite annoying, but I'd take that over the fat returning any day.

Not sure if this is what you're describing or not, but my father (who was pretty skinny) was prone to cysts, and he had one that would recur near his tail bone. It sure hurt him to sit when he had it, but it had nothing to do with his weight, as far as I know.

I know exactly EXACTLY what you are talking about. I don't know when in gaining weight that it appeared, all I know is one day in the not so distant pass I tried to lay on the ground to do pilates as I once did in grade school as a thinner specimen and OUCH. It hurt. It has been reducing with my weight loss though.

I think I have it too. It's like the smaller leftovers of the shelf that used to be across the top my butt. Does that make sense? It's adorned with my love handles on each side. (Who ever called them love handles should be punched!)

Do the trials and tribulations of weightloss ever go away?
