lol, darn right!
As far as picking a diet, I like counting cals...it helps me to not second guess my efforts..esp. on weeks I might not loose that much. I think I'm going to stick to an 1800 cal diet right now and decrease down the road. I'm going to focus on non processed foods, exercise and getting in that water!
